I was asked to develop a two part lecture on eTextiles and Wearables for Fabricademy, an international fashion-focused course series at the intersection of textiles, digital fabrication, and biology. I gave these lectures in the fall of 2018 and 2019.
eTextiles + Wearables I
This lecture is the first eTextile and wearable class developed for Fabricademy 2018. The focus of this class was:

This lecture is the second eTextile and wearable class developed for Fabricademy 2018. The focus of this class was:
- Actuators
- visual (LEDs, neopixels, fiber optics, thermochromic inks)
- sound (fabric speakers)
- motion (SMAs, flip dots, vibration motors)
- ATtiny
- programming
- circuits (touch + sensing, sound, EMFs)
